Mounted & Unmounted Meeting Information

 

Mounted Lessons: 

Riders please come prepared to ride with breeches or Jodhpurs, appropriate footwear, polo shirt or turtleneck, gloves, helmet, Pony Club pin, brushed pony, tack in good repair, and on-time for your lesson. If you are unable to ride, please come listen to your mounted lesson. If you are unable to attend the entire day – please call the DC at least 72 hours before the lesson.

Assistant Instructors:  Review material to be covered with the Instructor of the Day or DC prior to the day that you are to teach.

Unmounted Instruction:  Arrived prepared for the lesson with all necessary materials to complete the task.

 

 


Club Level Certifications

Prior to participation in a certification, a member must complete the following:

  • Certification Checklist
  • Letter of Intent Form is due to the DC 60 days prior to the Certification
  • Unmounted Flow Chart completed by an adult or Pony Club member two levels above current Certification
  • Mounted Assessment completed
